Don’t be replaceable

Ever thrown out a quick Tweet to let people know there wouldn’t be a podcast episode this week? Or that it’ll be delayed a few days. But those days turn into weeks. Maybe even months. And when you do get an episode up, the numbers are way lower than normal. It happens…but it shouldn’t.

“The internet has dramatically widened the number of available substitutes. You don’t have to like it, but it’s true. That means you have to work far harder to create work that can’t easily be replaced.” – Seth Godin

Unless we give them something they can’t find anywhere else.

They’re looking for it now. Go get ’em.
